HNU Produces Nine New Civil Engineers

Holy Name University has once again produced another new Civil Engineers as released by the PRC last week after the controversial Civil Engineering Licensure Exam given in November last year after which the Court of Appeals ordered the examinees for a retake in two subject areas: Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering and Structural Engineering and Construction last January 12, 2008.

True to her commitment to excellence, Holy Name University obtained a passing average of 69.23% (9 out of 13 examinees) while the national passing average is 41.13% (1,342 out of 3263 examinees). The nine new Civil Engineers are as follows:

  • Engr. Mark Johnson B. Alvarez - Carmen, Bohol
  • Engr. Jehrol L. Clua - Panglao, Bohol
  • Engr. Ahmad M. Dagamac - Cortes, Bohol
  • Engr. Jed T Juit - Tagbilaran City
  • Engr. Louiel Ian R. Lomotos - Tagbilaran City
  • Engr. Ma. Grace C. Maligmat - Bilar, Bohol
  • Engr. Daniel H. Mananquil - Cortes, Bohol
  • Engr. Al Martin R. Manlangit - Sikatuna, Bohol
  • Engr. Levie L. Royo Jr. - Sevilla Bohol
