As we open the new chapter of the school year 2008-2009, Holy Name University-College of Business and Accountancy, welcomes into its family the new instructors.

First in line is Ms. Marie Noreen Bugash Marcojos who is no longer a new face to the institution for the reason that she is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pedro Marcojos Jr., who are educational mainstay in the institution. "Nhors," as she is fondly called by friends and colleagues, graduated Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management in March of 2002. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Master in Business Administration here in our university. Her professional career outside of the academia prior to her employment in Holy Name University includes her connection with Coca Cola Bottler's Philippines, Inc. (Tagbilaran City Plant) as Logistics Clerk. She was previously employed in the National Statistic Office as Enumerator/Processor and Department of Social and Welfare Development as Accounting Clerk. She also loves to dance and shows her prowess in acting. As a proof, she starred as talent of RD Alba Production in the ABS-CBN Teleserye "KAPALARAN."

Mrs. Leziel Calope Anaviso graduated a degree of Bachelors of Science in Commerce major in Banking and Finance at Holy Name University in October 2001 and is presently taking her Masters in Business Administration in the same institution. The most essential facet of her life is her family, her husband, Mr. German Apale Anaviso, and her two precious jewels John Aldwin and Johannes Leziel. She was a Diocesan Commision on Youth Volunteer. "Aging," as she is being fondly called by friends, was employed as Customer Service Representative at Convergys and as Telemarketer at Abacus Telemarketing Services, respectively.

The very bubbly Ms. Ma. Emily Mendez earned a degree of Bachelor in Business Management in 2003 at the University of the Philippines Cebu College. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She was a Medical Representative at Glaxo Smith Kline, a Customer Service Representative at People Support, and a Test Developer at Keess Educational Services.

Mr. Jay Emmanuel L. Binamira, 27 years old, is the seventh son of Attorney Boler and Mrs. Shirley Binamira of the College of Business and Accountancy. He graduated a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2001 and a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 at Holy Name University. Jay is a registered Nurse, who is currently teaching HSM 3. He was a political icon in his college years, for he won twice as a senator for the CSG S.Y. 2000-2001 and 2006-2007. He became an LGU officer from the year 2004 to 2006 and served as Facilitator that led to the creation of Bohol Alliance of Student Councils.

Another member of the academe is Mr. Ariel Ahon Ahit who is a native of Tanday, Corella, Bohol. He graduated his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology at Central Visayas State College of Agriculture and Forestry and Technology (CVSCAFT) in 2005. A year after, he finished his Bridging Course for Education at CVSCAFT that eventually earned for him his Professional License in teaching. On that same year, he finished his vocational course in Computer Operation and Application at Pilayre Vocational School. Ariel is an epitome of talents and brains. He was awarded as Second Honor for collegiate level at BSIT and Technology Proficient Student in Hotel and Restaurant Technology. In June 2007, he was employed as Assistant Instructor at BIT-International College.
