Nine faculty members of the College of Engineering are currently enrolled through a special tie up with the University of San Carlos in a special Masters of Engineering Program (MEP) in Holy Name University starting this first semester, School Year 2009-2010. They are as follows: Engr. Reynaldo Agunod, Engr, Rosanne Daquio, Engr. Harvey Halasan, Engr. Joseph Anthony Petalcorin, Engr. Romel Remolador, Engr. Jan Ray Rulida, Engr. Ian Samonte, Engr. Miguel M. Sarigumba, Jr. and Engr. James Uy, the Dean of the College of Engineering.
Three graduate professors from University of San Carlos handle the classes in Holy Name University on Saturdays. This is under the scholarship program of the Human Resource Development of Holy Name University.
There are three courses that the takers of this program are enrolled namely, MEP 207 – Computer Programming and Applications with Engr. Rosana Ferolin as instructor; MEP 214 – Industrial Pollution and Control with Dr. Andresa Allera; and MEP 231 – Environmental Management with Dr. Edwin Carcasona.
