CIVIC WELFARE TRAINING SERVICE QUARTERLY REPORT: September-November 2008

Activities done for this period include the following:

  • Conduct of Regular Classes
  • Multi-media presentation on Environment Issues
  • Environmental Tour by Section.
  • As a follow-up on the topic on Environment, the advisers facilitated an environmental tour at the identified sites for the students to have a firsthand observation of the real environmental situation of the province.

b. Engr. Quimson’s class at Bilar – Sept 27 & Oct 4
c. Ms. Dahab’s class at Corella Tarsier Foundation
d. Mrs. Binamira’s class at City Dumpsite and Dauis Parish Grounds – Sept 27
e. Mr. Biloy’s class at Loboc – Sept 20
f. The classes of Ms. Chatto, Ms. Camacho, Mrs. Narido, Ms. Obenza and Mrs. Villares went to Bilar – Nov 29, 2008

Project Formulation – by section
Participation of the 14 sections or 700 students in the ALAY LAKAD ’08 on Sept. 21, 2008. Eight sections or close to 400 students participated in the INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN UP DAY on Sept. 20, 2008 and in the celebration of Christ the King – November 23, 2004
Conduct of Semestral Evaluation – October 22- 23, 2008
Monitoring activities at Busao Parish – Project Site of BAT Cooperative Assistance Program
