100% Attendance of Clinical Instructors in a Post Graduate Course
All the faculty members of the Department of Nursing of Holy Name University's College of Health Sciences attended the 7th
Post Graduate Course entitled "Old Diseases: Novel Concepts and Therapies" last July 29, 2016 at the Grand Ballroom of the Metrocentre Hotel, Tagbilaran City. Topics discussed were very relevant to the present health situation in the province, if not in the whole world. The concepts and therapies tackled are very important in the update of the nursing management to the clients.
Some topics taken up were the following: New Marker for Acute Kidney Injury, Reducing the Threat of Viral Infections of Dengue Vaccines and ZIKA Response, Asthma and COPD, Heart Failure and Pregabilin in the Management of Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
The said activity was sponsored by the Philippine College of Physicians, Bohol Chapter.
