Admission Policy
Students of any nationality, religious belief, political affiliation and social group are welcome to Holy Name University (HNU). Student’s application for admission will be given due course in compliance to the policies of the Department of Education (Dep Ed) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The university , however, earns the right at any time to refuse, to admit , or to readmit under certain conditions.

CONTINUING STUDENTS
Direct Enrollment
Due to the economic impact of COVID-19, you are allowed to enroll for AY 2020-2021 even if you have an outstanding balance for AY 2019-2020, provided that the said balance will be settled within AY 2020-2021. Take the following steps to enroll for the First Semester, AY 2020-2021:
- Please contact your Section Adviser through any of the following channels: SMS, Email, or Messenger (whichever is accessible) and send the following information to enroll for SY 2020-2021:

CONTINUING STUDENTS
On-Campus Enrollment

You may pay the Registration Fee at the Teller on the 2/Floor, Bates Building.
Alternative payment channels are also available, click https://www.hnu.edu.ph/partnerbanks/ for more information and guidance on off-campus payments. Email the scan or photo of the proof of payment to payments@hnu.edu.ph.
You may also pay the Registration Fee within the Prelim Period during the First Semester of AY 2020-2021. -
Log in to the HNUMIS https://mis.hnu.edu.ph/ to enroll offered subjects.

If you forgot your password, request for a new one at the IRMC Office located in the Bates Building across RM 007B Computer Laboratory. Please present your HNU Student ID to the MIS personnel.

You can also email mis@hnu.edu.ph to request for a new password. Please provide your
- Student ID Number,
- Full Name,
- Course and Year,
- Birth Date, and
- Mother’s Full Maiden Name
for verification purposes. -
You can enroll subjects in RM 007B Computer Laboratory in the Bates Building from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Smart WiFi Hotspots are also accessible in the Scanlon Building Lobby and student lounges in the campus.

Please remember to strictly observe COVID-19 safety measures such as wearing a mask, temperature check, stepping on the foot bath, santizing, and physical distancing inside the campus.

Once logged in the MIS, click Enrollment on the main menu.

Click the Enroll for 1st Sem AY 2020-2021 button.

Select the subjects to enroll from the displayed Course Offerings.

After selecting your subjects, click Academics on the main menu, then click My Academics from the dropdown menu.

Check if your Class Schedule is complete. Click Download Class Schedule as PDF to keep a copy of your Class Schedule.

Visit the Office of the Dean or the Office of the University Registrar for enrollment related concerns:

Requirements
Incoming Pre-School, Kindergarten and Grade 1 Pupils:
- Original copy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- K-1 Report Card or Form 138 (Grade 1 only)
- Entrance Diagnostic Test (Grade 1 only)
- Photocopy of Medical Certificate
- 3 pcs. of 1x1 ID picture
- Registration Fee
