provide quality, innovative, and inclusive programs and services in instruction, research, and community extension to produce graduates imbued with the Holynamian core values;

give appropriate support systems and adequate resources to meet the changing needs and expectations of the students, faculty members, staff, alumni, external stakeholders, and other interested parties; and 

comply with all the applicable national and international statutory requirements and regulations of the academic community, including data privacy laws, and intellectual property rights, private and government regulatory agencies, and organizations subscribed to by the University.
