The Information Technology (IT) Passport Examination is the newest examination offered by the Philippine National IT Standards (PhilNITS) Foundation, the provider of the Fundamental Engineer’s (FE) Examination. Passing the IT Passport Exam qualifies one to be Level 1 in the Skills Standards for IT Professionals promulgated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and adopted by Japanese firms in the country and abroad.
The regular examination for the IT passport will start on October, together with the FE Exam and this will be given twice a year.
