The Alumni Affairs and Job Placement Council
The Alumni Affairs and Job Placement Council serves as a policy-making body that shall formulate the goals, thrusts, and concerns of the Alumni affairs Office. It shall assist the Director in drawing up of plans, programs, and projects to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the office. Its members shall meet at least once a month. They should be represented by the university's planning and development officer, a representative of the student services group, a representative of the academic administrators, a representative of the alumni association, and the director of community extension and development. The Alumni Affairs and Job Placement Office, however, shall chair the ex-officio of the council.
